DESCRIPTION
 
PLASTICIZER FOR CONCRETE BLOCKS
 
ADIBLOCK is an ammoniated ethanol sulfonate designed to aid in the production of machine formed concrete products. Its plasticizing action improves the appearance, molding and resistance at early ages of the products. Its properties as a cement dispersant improve the utilization and hydration of the cement and increase its compressive strength. ADIBOCK is a ready-to-use product and does not require additional agitation or mixing.

APPEARANCE
 
ADIBLOCK is a transparent fluid liquid, which, when added to concrete, does not change the natural appearance of the concrete.
 
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
 
ADIBLOCK is used at a rate of 2-4 oz/100lb (125-250 ml/100 kg) of cement depending on mix design and type of aggregate being used. ADIBLOCK can be added to each batch of concrete either manually or with automatic dosing equipment. ADIBLOCK must be added with the mixing water for immediate dissolution and distribution through the batch.
