LEADERMEC ROD CUTTING AND BENDING MACHINE
 
LEADERMEC rod cutters are manufactured according to the demands of the works. All the equipment are equipped with three reductions to increase their cutting power with lower energy consumption. The 6 forged and heat treated steel axial gears and oil bath rotating parts are encased in a solid heavy rolled steel frame. The double mechanical control (by hand and pedal) allows use in the most convenient position. The interchangeable blades have more cutting positions. They also have a magneto-thermal safety switch with trip coil and plug installed directly on the motor.

Our lightweight C30 series is useful for any job that requires cutting rebar from 3/8” to 1-1⁄4” in grade 60 steel.

Safety device to protect the equipment
The CP26/32 bender represents an ideal solution for cutting and bending rods on site, since they combine the qualities and characteristics of the shear and the bender in a single machine.
 
The cutting equipment, coupled to the low speed shaft, becomes a robust steel arm, rigidly fixed to the gearbox, enclosing, immersed in grease, the forged ACRO axial gears and all rotating parts. Shear blades are interchangeable. The bidirectional bending work allows all types of bends without any displacement of the rod, in addition, it is possible to modify the turning radius by moving the stops on the work table. When used as a shear, the stops must be removed. The controls allow, at any time, the stop and the change of the type of machining (cutting or bending). The electrical control equipment is low voltage (24 V). All equipment is very well equipped (bolts, stops, bending rollers, stop bar, pedal sets and a wide variety of accessories).
