DESCRIPTION
E-BOND 510 IS A FLEXIBLE EPOXY USED TO SEAL FLEXIBLE JOINTS
 
It is 100% solid, solvent-free, two-component with a unique low modulus of elasticity. An extremely flexible joint sealant for filling dead cuts, construction and control joints that are structurally dry and free of hydrostatic pressure.
 
Excellent as a flexible adhesive for many shrink materials.

COVERAGE: 1 Gallon of E-Bond 510, flexible sealant, holds 231 cubic inches. Coverage for a 1/8-inch wide by 3-inch deep joint is approximately 51 linear feet.
 
ATTENTION: Due to many variables in conjunction with damp or wet surfaces, be sure to test the application under the same conditions as full-scale work.
When bonding to damp or slightly wet surfaces, be sure to check whether the moisture is caused by prevailing hydrostatic pressure, above or below the grade of application. Moisture forced through the substrate by pressure during epoxy application and curing can cause adhesion failure. Do not thin E-BOND 510 CJ. Solvents will prevent proper cure. Material is not designed for expansion joints. Material is a vapor barrier. Concrete or masonry must be tested for vapor transmission prior to application. Not intended for use in constant immersion. Do not apply through standing water. Minimum age of concrete is 28 days .
